I didn't receive my NBA 2k17 code

I purchased the code on 9/23 and still haven't gotten any email for it. Hopefully someone here can help me.

I did not receive a code for my nba 2k17 legend gold pre order digital items. a microsoft answer tech told me to make a post to receive a code

 

NBA2K17 Amazon prime game rewards

I started an Amazon prime account to receive rewards on 2k17 NBA and as of yet I have not received a locker code

Download History, do you see your code listed there?

Check there and let us know.

 

I checked the link and it shows in my order history as complete, but nothing shows in the digital content section. Is there anywhere else the code could be?

Hmm okay. Did you order the game through the Xbox store or via the Microsoft store? If the latter, I'm going to beat what I'm sure is a dead horse and ask you to double and triple check your email, including spam folders, to be sure it didn't get missed.
If you still don't see it and you ordered it from the Microsoft store, you will want to reach out to the

Microsoft Store Support directly.

If you ordered it from the Xbox Store, post back and let us know so we can dig a little more.
