Discus and support I didn't receive my NBA 2k17 code in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I purchased the code on 9/23 and still haven't gotten any email for it.     I purchased the code on 9/23 and still haven't gotten any email for it. Hopefully someone here can help me.

    If you log-in to your Microsoft Store account and go to your
    Download History    , do you see your code listed there?

    Check there and let us know. I didn't receive my NBA 2k17 code :)

    I checked the link and it shows in my order history as complete, but nothing shows in the digital content section. Is there anywhere else the code could be?

    Hmm okay. Did you order the game through the Xbox store or via the Microsoft store? If the latter, I'm going to beat what I'm sure is a dead horse and ask you to double and triple check your email, including spam folders, to be sure it didn't get missed.
    If you still don't see it and you ordered it from the Microsoft store, you will want to reach out to the

    Microsoft Store Support     directly.

    If you ordered it from the Xbox Store, post back and let us know so we can dig a little more.

    Microsoft is saying I'm playing "NBA 2K17" when I've never even owned a 2K game in my life.

    I have had the same exact problem, my guess is that Watch Dogs 2 uses a file that NBA 2k17 also uses and XCC detects it as NBA 2k17.

    it seems not to be possible like stated on the FAQ on the games website. This is the statement:

    I have both the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions of NBA 2K17. Can I move my Virtual Currency between these versions? How about between Xbox 360 and Xbox One?

    • No. Players' Virtual Currency (VC) balances cannot be transferred between any version of NBA 2K17, including across console generations.
