I didn't receive my gears of war 4 beta vintage kait pack in game

I played the gears of war 4 beta and reached level 20 to get the vintage kait pack but didn't receive it I have bought the gears of war 4 ultimate Xbox one s

Gears of War 4 beta rewards not given to me.

I was not given my Vintage Kait in the full release copy of Gears of War 4. During the beta I exceeded level 20 and opened the Vintage Kait pack but when it came to the full release of the game nothing was there. Please help I've been dealing with this issue
for days.

I was never given my beta rewards from the Gears of War 4 beta I exceeded level 20 and opened the Vintage Kait pack but when the full game came out I never got my Vintage Kait rewards. I have been dealing with this issue for days now and am losing my patience
I have contacted Xbox support on twitter and on here and they both told me to make a post on the forums but no one ever responds.

 

I have waited 10 days for the vintage kait pack and still nothing
