I didn't receive my FIFA points

I installed a 8000 and 3000 FIFA point pack on my Xbox one and it says it is installed however I have not received my points.

You are registered as a US Rewards member. Since you have been spending in a regional currency other than USD, those purchases are not eligible for Rewards. We can only Reward purchases made within the program.

When and where did you purchase the game? If you purchased digitally through the Xbox Store, the content should be made available in-game. There are no codes sent out for this promotion. Keep in mind that the original Super Deluxe Edition did not come with
8000, you can find out what's included in each version from EA's FIFA 17 Game and Offer Disclaimer page. If the purchase was made before October 10th, 2016, I'm
afraid you are not eligible for the 8000 points.

I pre ordered this game and I know that it isn't from that however it lets me reinstall and uninstall it.

 

If I am understanding you properly, it looks like you are just able to install the content on your console and not seeing it in-game, correct? Did you purchase these items? If not, are you able to provide us with screenshots of your console showing these
in the Ready to install section? We'll want to look into why that content is appearing for users. Thanks!

Do you have anyone else on the console that plays the game and could have purchased these? This is an example of something that could happen. Another example is that another person has this console set as their Home console, and it automatically downloads
the purchases there; both of these cases would cause the content to show up, but you not being able to use it. This is especially true if you didn't purchase the content. Let us know!
