    I didn't receive the 8000 FIFA point promotion item for the Super Deluxe Edition of FIFA 17

    okay so I bought FIFA 17 last month and I got the super deluxe edition of it, but I didn't recieve the 8000 FIFA point promotion that came with it.

    Hey Louh519! Did you pre-order the game? The 8000 points is only for the post release version of the Super Deluxe Edition. The pre-order version included gold packs each week and a few other items. For full details check

    Codes aren't sent out for this content. It should show up in-game for you. Have you by chance reached out to
    EA support in regards to your packs not appearing in game? Be sure to check under the Manage game list for FIFA 17, to make sure all associated content for it is installed.
