I pre-order doom in April 9 in The Microsoft store, I didn't receive the code for doom 1 and doom 2, also I was supposed to receive a $10 Gift Code With Pre-Order Game, I didn't receive any of these! Please help me with this issue, I'll be waiting for your

Just to clarify, the only codes you should have received for pre-ordering Doom will be for Doom 1 and Doom 2. If you need assistance with retrieving those codes, be sure to let us know. If you would like to inquire about receiving a Doom beta code, I suggest

I haven't received mind either. Pre-ordered on Tuesday, but it said it was eligible for all the bonuses. I'm honestly more afraid I'm not going to get DOOM original and Doom 2

Hey Andyroo700,

Unfortunately, if you purchased Doom after the release date, you will not qualify for this specific promotion. In order to receive Doom I and Doom II codes, you had to have pre-purchased the game before May 13, 2016 as this promotion was exclusive to digital
pre-orders.
