I didn't receive an e-mail for winning a sweepstakes on Xbox Community Level, why is this?

So I will need to wait until a business day? (Monday-Friday)

That sweepstake has just ended & it is the weekend so you need to give it more time.

Just got another e-mail.

Due to a technical problem, the previous email you received for being selected as a potential winner in the Xbox LIVE and Alliance Films Download & Win Sweepstakes was missing the link for the skills test site. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I have found the promotion on the dashboard. Here are the rules and a picture of the promotion. The only thing you will deduce from these rules is that I am not receiving the points because my email was incorrect but I assure you I quadruple checked the
email against my account's email before submitting.

As only articles 1-5 seem relevant, I have only relayed those articles with the most relevant pieces bolded:

By entering the Xbox LIVE and Kraft Velveeta Shells &

Cheese Instant-Win Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) you (or, if a minor in your

place of residence, your parent or legal guardian on your behalf) agree to

abide by all terms and conditions referenced in these Official Rules.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is only open to

legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of

Columbia), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, who have an

Xbox LIVE Gold or free membership in good standing, and who have access to an

Xbox 360® console as of 11:59 Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 7, 2013. Employees

of Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”) (“Sponsor”), Kraft Foods Global, Inc. (“Kraft”),

GMR Marketing LLC (“GMR”), and any promotion or other vendor agency involved in

this Sweepstakes (and any other person engaged to work on this promotional program)

and each of the above’s respective affiliates (collectively, the “Released

Parties”) and the household and immediate family members (defined for the

purposes of this Sweepstakes as a parent, spouse, child, and sibling) of such

employees are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all

federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or

restricted by law.

TIMING: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. PT

on March 7, 2013, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on May 31, 2013 (“Sweepstakes

Period”).

HOW TO PLAY: To play, you must navigate to the

Kraft Velveeta Cheese & Shells landing page on the Xbox LIVE Dashboard and

click the designated area to watch any one (1) of the eight (8) free available

videos during the Sweepstakes Period as instructed to reveal whether you are an

Instant Winner. If you are designated as an Instant Winner, you must provide

your valid e-mail address in the designated area of the space provided to claim

your prize. Failure to enter your valid e-mail address will result in

forfeiture of the prize. The time of day when the Instant-Win is played by you

will determine whether you are an Instant Winner. If your Instant-Win entry is

the first to occur on or after a randomly designated winning Instant-Win time,

you win one (1) Instant-Win Prize indicated, subject to verification. Prizes

are made available at random times throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Three

hundred thirty three (333) Instant-Win Prizes will be available during the

Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) play per person per day.

The use of automated devices to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited. Microsoft assumes no responsibility for lost, late

or misdirected entries or any computer, online, telephone, or technical

malfunctions that may occur. All entries become Microsoft’s property and will

not be returned.

PRIZES: The time of day when you play will

determine whether you are an Instant Winner. Odds of winning a prize depend on

the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

   Prizes: 1,200 Microsoft Points. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each
   
   Instant-Win prize is $15.

   Approximate Retail Value of all prizes combined:

NOTE: Microsoft Points’ expiration date will be provided upon delivery, if

applicable. Winners must SPEND these Microsoft points prior to this expiration

date.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No substitution, transfer, or

assignment of prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to

substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event an offered prize is

unavailable. Taxes on the prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner.

WINNERS: The winners will be notified and

confirmed as follows:

   Instant-Win Prize Winners: The Instant-Win
   
   Prizes will be e-mailed to the e-mail address each Instant-Win Prize winner
   
   provides in the space provided on the Kraft Velveeta Cheese & Shells
   
   landing page at the time of winning. Failure to enter a valid e-mail address or
   
   return of any prize as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize. If
   
   notified winner is not eligible, forfeits prize, or declines prize, the prize
   
   will be included in the Second-Chance Drawing (See #6 below), time and circumstances
   
   permitting.
2. 
   Publicity Release: Entrants further grant to
   
   Sponsor the right to use and publish their proper names, states, and Xbox LIVE
   
   Gamertags online and in print in any other media in connection with the
   
   Sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use
   
   winners’ names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without
   
   additional compensation unless prohibited by law."

I didn't receive my code until the day the demo was released. I had e-mailed gamestop, through their power up customer support and I received an e-mail back with in 24hrs.
