and never received my pad command.

the way I made my command in english is really hard and i can't contact someone of the sales servie.

I'm really angry.

360 to ONE AC4 DLC cannot redownload

I had AC4 black flag on my 360, then i got an xbox one and upgraded my copy of AC4 to the next gen copy. after that i noticed that all the DLC that i purchased i cannot redownload for free, i would have to pay again as if i never paied for them before. I
contacted microsoft about this and they said they cant give it back to me for free that i would have to contact the publisher, Ubisoft. Ive tried several times to contact them and havent heard anything. Has anyone else had this issue trying to get content
they have previously paied for. Also I do not have a Season Pass, I do know that if you previously had a season pass all season pass content should be able to be redownloaded.

i know that but im talking about subscription due payment and the inability to pay them off with xbox funds

It didn't work. I'm angry that I'm paying $10 for a service that doesn't work. The fact that I have 2 other computers (one desk top and another laptop) that run windows 10 and it won't work on them either is a failure on Microsoft's and ea's part. Back to Playstation I go!

So basically, even though I had no balance (they want me to pre pay for a month I didn't receive) and if for some reason I can't pay off my credit cards in the next few months, I'm screwed.

Thanks Microsoft for making a product that lies (tells me auto renew is off when it wasn't) and holding my money hostage while making me pay for a service I didn't receive. (My account expired ON 5/20 which is why I renewed it with the card, who knew that
even though paying on the date it's due it's already considered "in arrears".
