My mom bought the Xbox brand new right when Microsoft announced the Xbox 360 Slim.....i've had it for almost a year but its been banned the whole time and i cant figure out why? iv'e had my other xbox for 3 years and its never been banned for anything? my

The Game site is a joke now, duplicate orders, random cancelled ones and ones i didnt even create. I cancelled an order last week and still not got my reward points on my account.
