I didn't get VIP points after I earned a new tier on MyAchievements

On MyAchievements I have Recruit, Contender and Champion but I have no VIP points. Recruit and Contender I have had for a while but Champion I got yesterday or so.

VIP GEMS TERMS

I needed some clarification on the terms & conditions of my VIP GEMS.

#1. How do you claim MyVIP Gems?

For example the terms state:[Increase your Xbox Live Rewards MyAchievement Tier:For each new Xbox Live Rewards MyAchievement tier you achieve, you will you will have sixty (60) days to
claim your MyVIP Gems within your Account.

#2. IF or WHEN do MyVIP Gems expire?

I didn't get VIP

I build up my VIP and did what it says and it doesn't look right. I didn't got any credits or any VIP stars. What i done to build my credit and VIP wasn't reconsidered and therefore wasn't updates for a while and so based on what i checked Xbox live reward
should give me 5 VIP stars and reward credits based on the VIP stars and a lot of reward credits you forgot to apply. At least 250,000 reward credits must be added for Reward team update it.

Since Gems were only created on October 1st, we cannot award activity done before they were available. Regarding your recent promotion, please note that it can take up to 96 hours to process new activity, so your promotion yesterday has not yet been processed
for Gem awarding.

Prior to September 2014, VIP rebates were based on gamerscore. That would have been a rebate for purchases you made back then. In September 2014, the VIP program was changed to what is now the star levels. There are no credits given for reaching new achievement
tiers.

The only thing I did notice is it says on the rewards page by the achievement listing - Each new MyAchievements tier brings you bragging rights, a killer badge, MyVIP Gems??? Am I meant to have received some gems at least?

From the FAQ:

Can I get rewarded for my Gamerscore and achievements?

Yes! As of October 1, 2017 you can earn MyVIP Gems for increasing your Gamerscore and for reaching a new MyAchievements tier. Once you reach a new tier or new Gamerscore milestone, we’ll send you an email letting you know you’ve unlocked a MyVIP Perk,
and you’ll have 60 days to claim your Reward on the MyRewards page.

In addition, most of our monthly featured offers have an achievements component that can earn you Rewards Credits, and we also feature special promotions for specific games or categories that Reward for playing or completing achievements. For more information
on all of our current offers, including those that allow you to earn just by playing, visit the MyMissions page.

Since only your recent promotion occurred after the gems system launched, only that MyAchievement tier is eligible.

There was no badge for this offer. Usually, badges are from MyChallenges, or from getting a new MyAchievements tier.

Keep in mind that achievement levels only update once a month. So if you get to the new level after March 1, you may not see the gems until after April 1.
