I didn't get the VIP diamond for xbox live rewards.

I spent enough money in the xbox store, but I didn't get the diamond.

i had diamonds rewards saved up in my vip vault to get the year of Xbox live with now its gone help

its there way i can get my vip diamond rewards back i saved up so hard for to get my Xbox live year code for gone now because of the change over are get a year pass code from yall u can look and see i had all the diamonds and more to had get it i was waiting
on to get 1 because it said sold out on it so i was waiting on to get one but now it took it all n just game me my points only not my vip vault diamonds i took time to get so please help me get them back r give me the year code to my account for the card i
work hard for thhat was tooking from Xbox live rewards in all caps is my gamer tag i had the rewards in look it up n see so i can get it back are the code card to my account plz thanks

Hi DDXDB. Xbox Live Rewards does not have a VIP Diamond level for members. We checked your purchases for MyVIP Star level and you currently do not have any qualifying purchases made in your Xbox Live Rewards region. We do see purchases made in a different
region, but that does not get calculated since it is outside of your Rewards region. To get progress, you'll need to either change your Rewards region, or make purchases in your Rewards region.
