I didn’t get the Robux that I brought

We need to make sure that the Robux is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

"Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

Is it showing from there as "completed"?

If yes, please remove and re-add your account to re-sync.

Keep in mind, it can take up to 24 hours to receive a reward after redeeming it. If you don't get it in that time, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site. Thank you so much! That was helpful. My issue is also that I received a canned response from Microsoft. I have no idea if any of the Robux was used- and they didn’t mention it in their reply.
