    I neefneed help with my Xbox one issue. I could choose 1 of 4 games. So I chose gears of war ultimate edition, but I didn't get the code in my email to get it.

    Unfortunately support gave you incorrect information. Per the terms of the offer, a credit card was required. So since you used a prepaid code you would not be eligible.
