    Hi, not sure what to do, I rented (was charged for) a movie a few nights back, but the movie said expired (instantly). I have tried customer service and they have refused to reimburse...i then went into chats with service agents..discussions went nowhere.
    I feel kinda jaded...I legit rented it..was charged...but didnt get my rental. I dont really care about reimbursement...i just want to watch the movie and not feel like i had to pay double. If they were to reimburse me id just rent it again so i could watch
    it.

    What can I do here? Feeling taken advantage of....pretty sure this isnt legal in any country. Its only like $6 but its not the money...its just not right.

    Again..I paid for something and the seller didnt give it to me..when i finally got in touch with cs i was pretty much told to beat it. I didnt get my video rental but was charged for it :( ....Again I'd just rent it again with a reimbursement...but feel icky renting again without. Microsoft doesnt lose anything,
    but not giving me my rental or reimbursement pretty much forces me to rent elsewhere.

    Same here. Tried hard reset, didnt work.

    Netflix/Stan all working so no connection problem on my end.

    Just says server error etc 0x801901f4

    And my video rental time keeps ticking down anyway..

    No doesnt show up there at all and its already been a week seeing as I bought it the 20th. Does it take longer for money to be reverted if its international?

    Yes, it does. But I'll advise you reach out to your Bank and request a charge back for the funds. That will hasten things.

    If it does, then just give it some more time. It could take upto 24 hours to get the items sometimes. If the purchase doesn't show on the link, then not to worry, it means the transaction failed and the money will be refunded back to your account automatically within 24 hours. You don't have to do anything else.
