    I haven't received my 15,000 reward for pre-ordering 3 games. I made

    sure the 3 games were on the list. They were Final Fantasy XV, Dead

    Rising 4, and Resident Evil 7

    There are no offers to receive 15,000 credits for preordering just that game. It would count as a punch on your games and demand punchcard and you would need to preorder 2 other eligible games to complete the offer and receive the credits

    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between April 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and June 30, 2017 23:59 UTC. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or
    another world time database to determine local time.

    Since you only pre-ordered one title, you have not yet completed the offer.

    There was an with some versions of Resident Evil 7 purchases not awarding punches for the previous Games on Demand. We are currently working on a hotfix for the issue which we hope to have deployed soon. Apologies for the inconvenience. When we can confirm
