    Alright so i redeemed a $25 code and it didnt give me the money today, now when i go back into it says code already redeemed. Pls microsoft give me the money i spent on the card i really need it back

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Keep in mind that pre-orders and consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, so those purchases will not award payback.

  3. Didn't get my money

    I spent $210+ on Xbox live games, and didn't receive anything on my rewards, when I should have (Yes I've waited the 96 hour period). It was the connected account, I've been jumping through hoops all day today. I'm getting sick of this running in circles
    game. I use this money to buy games or add-ons, I've been loyal since '01. Help your fan base, instead of making us jump through hoops for support.

    If the refund was approved by Xbox more than 5 business days ago (taking into account that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days), and you have received an email notifying you of the approval, then please respond to that email. This is the only way to get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

    However, if you haven't received any email notification of your refund approval, you should contact Xbox Support directly ( at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us ) for further assistance. They are the only ones who can help you with this problem.

    Please note that in this public community forum, we are just players like you trying to help and guide other players. This means we don't have access to other accounts or information about refunds for other users.

    I just want to clarify, were you able to confirm if the purchase status was successful on your account? You can confirm it by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > Order history.

    Also, just to confirm have you submitted your refund request already?

    If not yet, you can request a refund by signing your account and follow the instructions on the refund webform here on this link:

    After submitting the request, your refund will be accommodated within 72 hours.
