Discus and support i didnt get my money back. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi guys. I basically just asked for a refund of 11.99€ wich got approved, but, i didn't receved my money back and idk why or how. Can anyone pls help...     Hi guys. I basically just asked for a refund of 11.99€ wich got approved, but, i didn't receved my money back and idk why or how. Can anyone pls help me? I didn't got even the tax invoice or the notification email for the refund. The photos are in italian but it basically say that the refund got approved and that is refunded in the second photo. Can anyone help me? i would be glad i didnt get my money back. :)
