I didn’t get my Iris skin for Fortnite!

So yerstday i bought a Fortnite Iris skin from Microsoft.com and then when i went on fortnite it didnt give me the skin pack and i waited a whole day! But it still didnt give me the Iris Skin Pack, im logged in with my Microsoft amd google account on Fortnite
but it still didnt give me the skin pack! PLS HELP IM ON MOBILE ASWELL! Thank you!

Hello fellow gamer. Bad news and unlucky timing as yesterday someone report the xbox store and code remdeeming as offline, so you have to contact microsoft.

At this time you are required to have an Xbox Live Gold subscription to play Fortnite.

That shouldn't stop you from downloading the downloadable content to your Xbox, however.

Follow the steps I provided above on how to download add ons.

Hi thank you for you support but i have an xbox its just that i dont have xbox live is there a way i could do it without xbox live?

Make sure you check your transaction history to confirm the purchased succeeded.

If you play Fortnite on Xbox: Press select on the game icon and press "manage game & add ons" and navigate to the ready to install section to check if it needs installing manually from your Xbox.

From my research, add-on purchases on the Microsoft store will not transfer to mobile/PC, you may need to contact Microsoft Support to explain your situation to claim a refund.
