    Didn't get my game.

    So, I've purchased the crew 2: Delexe Edition but I can't install it.

    I only can buy it or buy as gift.

    All help is welcome.

    another world time database to determine local time.

    Since you only pre-ordered one title, you have not yet completed the offer.

    Your friend is registered as a US Rewards member. Therefore, we are only tracking purchases made in USD. Since your friend made their purchase with Saudi Riyals, it is not eligible for Rewards.

    You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. The offer you are looking for is Games on Demand, which was placed as pending in January and part of your January 24th deposit.

    There are no offers to receive 15,000 credits for preordering just that game. It would count as a punch on your games and demand punchcard and you would need to preorder 2 other eligible games to complete the offer and receive the credits

    Since that is not a Rewards program offer, Rewards support will not be able to assist. Prizes from Mixpot are usually given within the week after viewing, but you would need to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.
