I didn't get my 3 free months of Groove music

Discus and support I didn't get my 3 free months of Groove music in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I signed up for groove music on 8/12.     I didn't get my 3 free months of Groove music


    I signed up for groove music on 8/12.

    I was supposed to get 3 free months,

    I have now paid for three months in a row

    I never got my 3 free months.

    I have talked to windows Chat, and then Xbox chat and they sent me here to the forums.

    I signed up to the trail but didn't get the token for 3 months of Groove Music Pass within the 30 days

    Groove music pass free 3 months promotion

    The promotion was between the 16-30 of June on the home page on my Xbox one .it says that new member that join for Groove music pass will get free 3 months after they finish the first free month.
