I didn't get my 10 dollars to my account for purchasing black ops 3 in December

I bought black ops 3 under the conditions I would get 10 dollars back into my account and these conditions were never met.

Ok, well my account was banned awhile ago for no reason for account theft when i filed for account theft, but anyways i had my Black Ops 2 Season pass on that account and 6 months. Plus all my other map packs. So xbox is *** me out about 130 maybe more dollars.
I just want my season pass back. I bought that with my Black Ops 2 game and xbox took it when i got banned on that account permantley. Their *** me out 60$ right there. Who can i talk to, to get more info on resolving this problem?

I believe your talking about Xbox's promotion, in which you buy a pre-order and they will give you 10.00 credit.

You should contact Xbox via Phone or Chat, to resolve that issue, as they will be able to pull up your account information and verify that you do have the game and wether a credit was sent or not.

 

Actually the $10 credit would have been through microsoftstore.com, so regular Xbox support would not be able to assist. You would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since the offer was through them.
