I didnt get a reply from microsoft

May I ask about how long did it take? I'm currently on my 4th day, I'm asking bc I think you cant pass 14 days or else you cant refund your item if I'm not correct

Bear in mind that some places are still getting back to normal following the holidays, things may be running a little slower than usual at this time.

Also to add on I have not started watching the movie

out to Xbox Support directly to have them investigate the refund to see what may be happening.

When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----Select See other options
  
• Step 3 ----Select topic
  
• Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
  
• Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
  
• 
  

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

It took 4 days for them to process my request . That was Thursday past and I still only got a portion of my refund yesterday. Still waiting on the remainder
