Discus and support I didn't even do this in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So i went onto my account about a week ago and it said my password was changed and all that and someone had added their phone number onto my account...     So i went onto my account about a week ago and it said my password was changed and all that and someone had added their phone number onto my account and stuff so today i was checking since i had time and they made multiple purchases on my account. I havn't
    even been on xbox in a while since my controller died and i moved an left my charger for it. I am a bit mad that they made the purchases but it wasn't too much at the most id say maybe $70-$80. I would really like to know what i'm supposed to do about this
    the last purchase they made was on the 1st i think and that may have been when i changed it. I changed my password and everything but im afraid they may still have access to my account. Is there anything i can do?

    Have you ever let someone else use your account or have you given them your account details so they could sign in as you? The Code of Conduct says you can't do this for a very good reason (among many) ... anything that other person does is your responsibility.
    Even if it leads to your account being suspended.
