I didn`t know where to put this, i need help

I was playing on Xbox Live a few months ago, and i was in a party, i heard a kid saying various strings of cuss words and "hacking your xbox and coming to your home to kill you" threats, so i reported him, but since is was only one guy, and the rest of the
people were his friends (he was threatining me) and his friends wouldn`t report him, so what do i do to get Xbox`s attention to see this kid for what he is? Please help me

14 day trial today doesn´t work

I put my 14 day trial today with success, but it doesn´t work in the same day.

I didn´t have problem in my first access, but only minuts after my code didn´t work anymore.

I need help, please... I want my 14 days...

You've already done what you need to do. Filing a complaint is all you need to do in order to have the enforcement team investigate him.

Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

The enforcement team received thousands of complaints a day and has to investigate every one of them. So it can take some time for action to be taken. You may also not see the action that is taken.
