I did nothing wrong my account was hacked by a person

It was not me on this or sending messages to others to receive this behaviour problem I am sorry and this is not my fault I was not on the profile at this time

complained against the person online

my xbox live account got hacked a week ago, the investigation of my account was complete today. As soon as i got axcess to my account, i recieved a message by the person who hacked my account. Please take a look, is the person going to be suspended

PS- right before my account got hacked i recieved a message saying ' hahahaha you been hacked'. I already filed a complaint against this person on xbox live. Is there any thing left that you can do from your side.

There's nothing wrong with my account security. EA got hacked (they won't admit it, but that's what happened) by FIFA 11/12 players.

well when someone threatens to hack my account then this hapens , cus i did nothing wrong i am gonna bring it u for them to look into

I got that same email but it actually got my account suspended, I did nothing wrong on Xbox. I think Xbox enforcement thought I did something bad or they ban the wrong person.

If the person did nothing wrong then there is nothing to worry about. The PET investigate all claims on an account prior to laying an enforcement action.
