    Hello, i just bought a new xbox one but the controller came with a problem on the RB button, and i requested a change for another one, but i did not receive the post mail code to send the controller to you guys. Please, i'm losing my live gold because of
    this.

    2 codes did not work for me, they were:
    K7TDXJ - Larry The Barista, and
    UP7HJQ - Mrs. Scratchen-Post
    Please tell me if these characters are discontinued, or if there are a different code, or what?
    What did I do wrong. I triple checked, and checked again. ugh... idk...

    IGN they wouldn't let me get an XOne for $250.

    I had to mail my PS3 off. Once they process it they send a code to my email. I used the code at the time of my order. I didn't know I couldn't combine them till I entered the code.

    myservice.xbox.com/.../welcome.aspx     under Orders to see if the information is there to reprint a shipping label, or "Check status of a service request" section?

    Never got a specializations code

    First off, you only get a code if you played Halo 4 multiplayer before Nov. 20th. If in fact you did play the game online before the 20th, then you need to make a post on the Halo Waypoint forums. They are sending out codes to your e-mail and XBL messages.

    No, do not send the cables or batteries back with the controller, unless stated so on the instructions.

    How do I contact the Xbox repair service center, recently sent my Xbox for repair with Accessories now realizing that I wasn't supposed to.

    You don't

    It gets sent back separately via mail

    It can take upto 30 days to get back to you.

    This is why you don't send accessories and read the instructions

    This is not guaranteed

    Sorry.... part of my message never went thru after I hit send.

    I did not redeem the bonus codes but they seem to have already been redeemed (not by me). No one has access to my logins, console etc so there is no reason why they are already used. The CS rep on chat over a month ago asked me to post in here and also
    said she would mail me replacement codes. I was reassured that this would be fixed in a matter of weeks but one month later...No Mail

    I contacted CS again earlier and was asked to post in here again... I am very disappointed.
