Things are like this，I like Forza Horizon very much, so I purchased Forza Horizon 5 on the Microsoft Store and the Steam platform separately. For convenience, I used the same xbox account, but today I found out that if I buy Forza Horizon 5 on the Microsoft Store to receive For the gift of download vehicles, such as Chevrolet or 918 vehicles with special 20th anniversary camouflage, they will no longer be displayed and obtained on the Forza Horizon 5 that I purchased on the steam platform. I want to apply to get the steam platform vehicles again because of the same , I previously purchased Forza Horizon 4 on both platforms at the same time. I can receive these vehicles with special camouflage at the same time.

I have contacted Forza support, but they responded to me and need me to contact Xbox support.

Well, according to the FAQs from when Steam released FH4 (and presumably the same for FH5):

"Gift messages that have already been redeemed on another platform with your gamertag are not resent to the Steam version."
