    Hello there. Some users are still reporting getting there items even as of today. Are you sure your mixer account is properly linked to your xbox account? If after two weeks following the mixpot event you do not have the items, you can report it here https://forums.xbox.com/en-CA/forums/0d7dc557-ea57-4938-a0e8-7f05d0a019fe_e2e46498-6402-4c6a-b958-69...

    The items typically get automatically applied to your account, but you usually get a message informing you of this. Check your order history to make sure it hasn't been applied Sign in to your Microsoft account .
