Discus and support I did not receive my keys when the community goal was reached on the power ball bingo in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Why was I not given the keys that I earned from the power ball bingo.     I did not receive my keys when the community goal was reached on the power ball bingo


    Why was I not given the keys that I earned from the power ball bingo. I waited until the goal was reached but nothing was added.

    Not worth playing the power ball if it is for nothing.

    Earned 40 & 100 keys and was not paid when community goal was reached.

    Playing Bingo and earned 40 keys on one power card and 100 keys on another power card. When the community goals were reached, Bingo did not pay the keys. I've been shorted 140 keys.

    Whats up with ms bingo it said when I had gotten enough power bingos and when the community goal was reached I would receive 100 keys!

    I had gotten more then 100 keys!!! and when goal was reached I received nothing!!!

    It was confusing to me the first time I played the Power Bingo Community card too. You will get your payout when the community goal is achieved. Right now I am in Italy (Destination), and the indicator bar shows 17920/19465. That means I will get a payout
    when 1545 more Power bingos have happened.

    By the way, if you have made it all the way to the 100 on the graphic you will receive 155 keys when the community target goal is reached!

    Found the answer actually... you have to go back to the Bingo's main menu and click on the Social tab. Rewards are under there. Hope that helps!

    Not gettng Keys!!

    I'm experiencing the same exact issue. A number of times I've reach the goal for the keys and when the community goal is reached, I get nothing.

    I played the powercard in America and was able to reach the personal goal to receive 40 keys. I see that the goal has gone up, so I assume that the goal was reached, so how do I receive the keys?
