I did not receive my bucks in fortnite

I bought 2000 bucks in fortnite but I only received 1000 because when I made the second payment of 1000 bucks I got out of the game

What can I do to receive the 1000 bucks that I need ?

I bought V-Bucks in Fortnite and it took the money out of my account, but I didn't receive the V-Bucks. Anyone else having a similar issue with Fortnite or buying anything in general?

El día 25/10 realicé una compra de 13500 V-Bucks dentro del juego Fortnite con mi tarjeta Mercado Pago Mastercard, y al entrar al juego no se me habían acreditado los V-Bucks aunque se me descontó la plata de la cuenta de Mercado Pago. Alguien tiene alguna
solución?
