I did not receive email confirmation after 24 hours of my repair order for my Xbox one console

May I know when did you create your repair order?

Please be advised that you may receive the confirmation email or shipping label within 24 to 48 hours. Just make sure to check your email's spam or junk folder.

After you submit a repair request, you will receive an email with information about packing and posting your console to our service centre. Simply follow the email instructions.

Thank you for reaching out too me.

It has not been 48 or even 24 hours yet, I bought it last night at 10pm.

I did not receive a confirmation email from Microsoft and usually I do.

I will check if I can see it in my billing order history, I checked that on my Xbox and the game wasn’t there.
