I did not receive all my credits

Discus and support I did not receive all my credits in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I had 18,000 credits and I could only use 3000 credits this May 31 Now I have 15,000 credits.     If the credits were earned between the 15th and 30th, they will be deposited in June.

    Hey TheKingRagnar28,

    Since you requested your deposit on May 21st, all your pending Credits before that date were deposited. Since your Vault Credits were placed as pending after that date, they would not be a part of that deposit. This is explained in our FAQ:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.


    So for example, if you view your MyStatement on the Myrewards page, you will see your Vault Credits were pending on May 26th. This means they were pending in the second half of the month, and will be deposited "on or around the 15th of the next month". Note
    that the deposit can occur before that date, but generally will be deposited at the very latest by the 15th.

    keep in mind it takes up to 75 days to receive credits after referring a friend to gold. Also make sure they did not use prepaid cards as those are not eligible.
    2 things:

    1. I previously indicated a friend who signed the Gold with a 25-digit card, and we received the credits.

    2. We received the credits within a few days of signing.
