    On 2/19/2023, I requested a refund for Hogwarts Legacy.

    As requested, I waited 72 hours for response.

    I tried to call in order to speak with someone. Unable to reach a person.

    May I, please be refunded $74.99 + tax on my visa for Hogwarts Legacy game.

    My Pre-Order Was Refunded & I Can't Pre-Order It Again.

    My hogwarts legacy was canceled and said refunded as well but I still have yet to get the money back to buy it again.

    As long as the refund criteria has been meet you can refund, that's part of the refund policies, all companies have a refund policy

    If you don't have an email notification of the refund denial how you know the request was denied?

    Do you know what the yearly refund limit is? I've encountered problems where I was unable to refund the entirety of unauthorized purchases because I reached some sort of threshold. If I recall, it was likely under $900 for me. Thanks.

    With disk copy you would have to trade in. As no retailer will take back a disk unless you can prove manufacturer defect on the disk once opened and it would be Store credit not cash

    You are better off just selling it privately
