    Dear Devs,

    You should have let the FSX tester community on this game for shame on you I offered my services to test MFS 2020 for you. But you went with Youtubers to test a game that they will only play until they get no more views and will move to the next game,
    LOL. You people have no clue you went for the popular people not the people that will do the work dig in and find and fix problems for you. Also no testers that had a lot of Flight sim equipment like my self to test all different third party equipment with
    different computers. Look I paid for Premium and I should get it day/hour one. You would have found out this problem with real testers with coding experience like myself and people from FS-MP and else were in the community. Also if you test through steam like
    other devs have done. You need to Fix this ASAP there is no Excuse for this a 4, 8 , 10 or even 20, hour download and not the hole game wow. Evan a low level tester would have found this if you had people test it the right away. I have a steam account, I paid
    $124 for this after tax, there is not Excuse for that. As a professional tester like myself you could have found this out weeks before release. I would want it fixed or a refund I will be requesting it from steam if you do not see mistake corrected soon. Under
    Steam policy we consumer will have the right for a full refund if you do not deliver the full product as it is know that applies but I can be but you hired the wrong people to test that is for sure.

    The issue is on the game's end, not yours. BF3 was infamous for freezing in high-ticket matches, so the same is probably true for BF4.
