Discus and support I did not get Alan Wake, American Nightmare, and Windows codes in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I bought Quantum Break and didn't get these codes.     I bought Quantum Break and didn't get these codes. It's been many days.

    Still not receive Alan wake American nightmare and windows 10 Quantum Break code

    Don't receive my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code. Only received the Alan wake for Xbox360.

    If possible can send me Windows 10 Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code.

    Hey, zhouyaxiong! All users that purchased after the release of Quantum Break will receive their Alan Wake code this week. If you do not receive them by Monday, please post up a new thread so that we can look into what's going on.

    Additionally, American Nightmare and the PC code were for pre-orders only. Any purchases made after the launch will not be receiving these codes.

    Only today Recieved "Alan Wake's American Nightmare" but not original Alan Wake

    And haven't recieved yeat Windows 10 Quantum Break version code

    Hey there!

    When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
    be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

    In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.

    Hey Flankke,

    Windows 10 codes for Quantum Break are sent specifically to users who pre-ordered through the Xbox Store. This offer was not available through the Microsoft Store.

    You should have recieved Alan Wake, which should be inside the case, and American Nightmare (via email from the Microsoft Store). Did you receive your Alan Wake: American Nightmare code?
