I did not get a Fallout 3 Code With Fallout 4 Digital Download

I purchased on 11/10/2015 and still have not received the download or code for the download, or it has expired.. I called tech support and they told me to post here to have it resent.

Expired message with Fallout 3 code

Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”

Date of purchase: January 17 2016

Issue:

“The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired.”

After I purchased Fallout 4 on the Xbox one I later received the Fallout 3 code through a message but did not have enough space to download the game until now. When I was about to use the code and download Fallout 3, the message had expired.

Fallout 3 Code for Pre-Order of Fallout 4 from Microsoft Store

Promotion name: Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4

Issue: The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired.

I did not know that xbox automatically deletes your messages after 30 days. Seems like that should be able to be determined by the users. Now that I want to download Fallout 3 after completing Fallout 4, I can't find my download code.

For Me I haven't got a code for Fallout 3 and i bought the digital copy of Fallout 4 pre-order on 6 of November. Still don't have my code for fallout 3.
