After approval, refund estimated time can be up to 3-5 business days, but it can take more than expected due to internal processes with your financial institution

The only time refunds are instant are if you had originally paid via Microsoft account balance in which case it would be immediately credited back to your Microsoft account's balance.

Thanks for reaching out! In regards to the refund request, once it is made you should have received a confirmation email concerning it. If its been over 72 hours since the request, simply reply to the confirmation email and request an update on the status
of the refund. This is the only way to contact the refund team. Sadly, we here on the forums lack the necessary tools to directly assist with refund issues.
