Hello TremaineUnknown, try two things if possible: the first is, connect your Xbox by network cable so that it can identify the network and end the settings.

So when I try to connect to it everything is fine until it checks the connection but now it's saying something about dhcp servers but before I factory reset my Xbox while having the wifi shut off and on the app while I'm on my Xbox right now it's saying I have wifi but I don't

So I soft factory reset my console, now I´m stuck in the Setup system because my console jumps, after i confirm my internet and it says that I´m connected, back to the language choose option. I will now try to hard factory reset my console and I will let

Nothing has changed at all. still stuck in the setup, same problem.

Did you fix the problem? I'm having the same issue. My console wouldn't open overwatch, it'd just return to xbox home. I tried a different disk worked fine. Uninstalled the game and then it wouldn't reinstall at all. Tried to do a recommended factory reset
and now I'm here.
