I demand a Xbox one for free as you people have made all original Xbox 360's faulty as you did to mine as mine no longer reads games. All of the games are fine but it's just the consoles that you produced SO I DEMAND A FREE XBOX ONE S TO MAKE ME HAPPY
WITH MICROSOFT

Not excited at all. I wasn't aware that there is a demand for old arcade titles to be resurrected for the Xbox One.

.... it is free though, so thanks MS. Hell I might even play it one day.

how does this On Demand purchase work? I'm thinking about paying the 60.00 for the 360Version and getting the Xbox One Version for free How does t work though ($60.00 is a bit high for a On demand title IMO but two for one is a great Price! Plus my XboxOne
HD is full up already

If you're having trouble with your disc drive reading games, you can
try the solutions here. That covers a lot of common scenarios for why a disc drive might not be working. If the solution does not work, the last resort would be to send the console in for repair, which would likely be an out-of-warranty repair at this point.

You won't get a free Xbox One S for having a malfunctioning Xbox 360 disc drive.

Try the solutions and see how you get on.

It isn't possible to request a free X1S for a malfunction on the X360 console. What issue do you have with the console?

 

Call support to get your console shipped in for repair.

you can request a repair but getting a console for free wont be an option sorry

 

Nothing lasts forever and especially electronics. You'd be better off buying a new one for 20 or 30 dollars rather than "demanding" one for free.

how old is your 360? when I had mine the laser gave me the same issue and I took it to an accredited outlet and they advised that the laser had worn out and replaced it for a very moderate price and was working again no problem.

Sorry about the issue you are having with the console disc drive. As others previously mentioned you can try the Disc troubleshooter or set up a repair. If the console is out of warranty we no longer do repairs on out of warranty Xbox 360 consoles. Due to
limited stock, because they aren't manufactured any longer. You may be able to find a third party repair shop that will be able to fix the disc drive.

All original Xbox 360's can't be faulty, as my two Xbox 360 I still own (and even the old 20GB Xbox 360 Pro from 2006 still works at a friend's house).

While you can try to ask, I don't think Microsoft (or any other country) will give you the latest model, if the previous model breaks. I mean, try going to your car dealer and demand a 2018 BMW M5 because your 1995 BMW 1 has a broken stereo radio.

Try to run a cleaning disc through your console and check if that improves the situation.
