I demand a resolve with this game!

After telling myself after ghosts that I would not purchase another cod game since in my opinion every game since modern warfare 2 has been a shambles, I reluctantly gave into the advertising that I am greeted with every time I turn on my xbox.

At first I thought that maybe this time the Call of duty franchise could redeem itself and restore my love for the series, and it quickly became apparent I was wrong.

The storyline proportion of this game is satisfactory, but the online side I cannot say the same, as most of you are aware there is a major issue with lag and its crippling this game, and I also hear that dedicated servers have been left out this time as
well? surely being a "competitive" multiplayer game and we are "supposed" to be in a "Next generation" of gaming I would have thought that these details to the online would be a set standard. It really does make me angry that after all the years that the call
of duty franchise have been running they still cannot come up with a definitive way to produce a standard of networking for their online experience in such a way that these issues are not encountered by the consumer.

After a quick dig around online I quickly became aware that I was not the only person experiencing these problems and I was quickly made aware of the situation with dedicated servers and apparently because the playstation 4 had not agreed to dedicated servers,
so do the other platforms have to suffer.

Now I don't work in marketing nor do I know the in's and out's of the gaming market, but In my opinion if Xbox were to step up and implement dedicated servers into this game even if other platforms arent willing to do so, you would outshine your competitor
(sony) considering you have exclusive rights with activision to the DLC first on the xbox making a move such as dedicated servers would show the majority of gamers that it is "safer" to game with an xbox, because our consumer rights are being considered.

Now I know how the world works and yes, call of duty is all done on percentages, smart advertising will probably do the majority of the work in terms of gaining enough revenue to continue with this farce of a next generation series.

I actually feel that Xbox is obligated to protect their consumers from horse *** such as this, and I actually believe you have failed to do so, and lastly I believe I am entitled to a refund of my purchase, because what you have sold me for £55 is a less
than satisfactory product!

why would they change when MILLIONS of people are giving them BILLIONS of dollars? we are telling them its ok when we keep buying the same game over and over and over! just my opinion!
