Discus and support I deleted the microsoft rewards app on xbox in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; the microsoft rewards app does not work so i desintaling it but i cant re instal and when im going on my profile it doesnt show the rewards section...     the microsoft rewards app does not work so i desintaling it but i cant re instal and when im going on my profile it doesnt show the rewards section what can i doo?

    i know i can acces only on microsoft website for rewards point but on xbox when they do the update? For under 18

    The app was discontinued last April so it's no longer possible to install it. They did recently make a change so if you're under 18, you would no longer be eligible to earn Rewards through Xbox so you would not see the hub if that's the case. If you're over 18, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
