I deleted one of my bottom worlds, and it deleted my most recent one.

I don't understand why erasing system cache needs to be done 3 times, unless its deleting the the most recent "update." I just went into system items and deleted most of the stuff in there (the date is displayed for each one). Was able to download my profile
on the first try after that.

Again you don't have to delete everything, usually just the last SAVE file, the one with the most recent date, deleting everything is overkill.

Unfortunately, that didn't work for it. Download History only shows a small list of my most recent downloads, and only one of my deleted games appear on the list. The other six are nowhere to be found.

I've done the reset with keep games, they called it a soft reset. The first time I did I only checked the one game I had major issues on (Skyrim) and in the morning when my kids got on Minecraft they noticed all my worlds were gone. I tried another soft reset/reset and keep games and it brought most of the worlds back but deleted the most recent worlds from the last few days prior. That's why I'm asking if there's another way. Or do I just have to run the risk of losing things? Xbox is wired in with an Ethernet cord if that matters...

I do own the app. Captures will not delete from there either.

The captures also do a cycle where it shows all the “deleted attempts” and won’t delete, then it’ll show no old clips I’m trying to delete (it’ll show any recent clips I’ve tried to add) and that’s when it allows me to upload. It also will show all my old clips and screenshots and when I go into recently captures, it shows the most recently added captures to Xbox live. Right now, it is showing 101 clips and when I click on recently captures, it shows the 4 I managed to slip on to Xbox live only. It’ll eventually revert to the 101 clips and not show the most recent ones.
