I Deleted my pre order bonus code by accident, can i get another one?

from what i read for the release games if you purchase them digitally in the 1st 2 weeks you get the pre order bonus's after that games will be available for digital preorder before release date to get the bonus's

This has been confirmed, but I can't remember if it's an Amazon pre-order bonus or a Gamestop one. The other pre-order bonus you can get is the character 'Rhyno'. So you'll have to choose between one or the other

I have not since I pre ordered from the Microsoft Store and was supposed to get the message with the code from messages from Xbox Live

For digital pre-orders from the Microsoft Store, the GTA$ bonus will be delivered to your Xbox message center 7-10 days after your pre-order. Your code can be redeemed on your Xbox One or Xbox.com.

So I just pre-ordered BO2 today at local gamestop. I registered the code online, but haven't received any confirmation email. How can I check my pre-order bonus progress? Thx
