    I deleted a game and now I have to pay for it.


    On Christmas I had a code for Minecraft, not the Xbox one edition. I deleted it to free up some space for another game. Then when I wanted to download it again I couldn't. I went to the Xbox store and to my surprise I had to pay for it. If anyone can tell
    me how to get it back I would like that.

    Gamertag was reported and now I have to pay to have it changed

    After playing with my gamertag for a while I received and email saying it was reported and changed to a randomly generated gamertag. Now its making me pay to change it. Should't I be allowed to change it to something that fits the TOS without being charged?

    Gamertag was reported and now I have to pay to have it changed

    And make sure it is rated e for everyone

    Also multiple force name changes will only end badly for you

    A permanent suspension of the account

    Each time it will cost you so you have to take the rules more seriously or read it more carefully

    A funny gamertag may geta giggles from your friends but may be offencive to others

    Check the ready to install section in your games and apps. The game should be listed there and you would redownload it from there.

    To be sure, which version of Minecraft were you referring to?

    If you check your
    purchase history     you should be able to find that content if your account in fact owns it.

    If you are not able to find that in your account history it would mean your account was not the one that redeemed the code.
