I csnt sign in just keep getting this grey box with a spinning circle

Before you reset your console, reboot your network hardware by disconnecting power, wait for a minute and then restore power to your network hardware. Wait a couple of minutes for the network to reconnect and then power on the console.

The grey loading screen (spinning circle) you see is the console trying to connect to the network which has hung up or in a disconnected state.

Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:



Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console



1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.



Solution 2: Do a factory reset



1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

Nope, currently it acts as if it wants me to sign in by opening a grey box with the loading spinning circle in it. Then about 30 seconds later it closes without doing anything. Taking me back to the dashboard where it has the option to add new sign in.

No error code, the circle just keeps spinning and spinning.

Booted x box and got the "Update Available" message, rolled to upgrade, started applying, and got the message no internet connection, whilst my PC was showing that i have full access to net. after that x box crashed on the spinning circle screen, will not
accept any input, only off and on, when rebooted, it goes back to the spinning grey loop and freezes... any ideas PLEASE !!
