    It would appear my account has been blocked for non-payment. The credit card on my account had expired, and now I can't re-activate my gold status by adding a new card to my account to pay the outstanding balance, because there is an outstanding balance

    14 hours later and the account is still stuck.

    I was asked to check with my Bank to see if fraud activation had kicked in... No it hadn't

    Can't pay with PAYPAL either.

    Tried paying with my other card

    Tried paying with my girlfriends card (with her approval!)

    Any thoughts?!?

    I'm not understanding.... You're wanting to pay online but afraid to pay on xbox.com... I'm no pro when it comes to these things, my thought is that wether you pay from your console on xbox live or on xbox.com, the payment gets processed the same way.
    Where I work, online payments are processed the same way in house payments are processed. Another thing is you can call and renew by phone or buy a prepaid live card.

    Hello, I would like to know if there is a possibility to receive the money I paid for Xbox Game Pass. The issue looks like this:

    Microsoft couldn't get any money from my card to pay for the next month of subscription so in order to cancel the automatic payment I had to pay and then cancel this process, but from what I understood, I could receive my money back if I do that. I could cancel

    I have a 3 month recurring payment subscription that was due to be payed on the 20th of January. I also have a 1 month recurring payment subscription that is currently payed for.

    I currently do not have access to my games with gold. I have seen dual charges both labeled as Xbox Live Gold in differing amounts ($24.99 and $9.99 to be precise).

    I also have an Xbox Game Pass account and am currently past due on it, but that isn't part of my concern.
