    I couldn't get a refund for a game I dont remember purchasing.


    On August 9th, 2020 I had a game ( Wolfenstein: alt history collection) added to my owned games without purchasing it. I looked over the refund guidelines and it hasn't been 14 days and a long time ago when I had gamepass I had beaten 2 of the games but
    that was over 2 and a half years ago. I requested a refund but they declined it.

    Unfortunately purchases cant be transferred between accounts.

    I would suggest trying to get a refund, but I dont think you can get refunds for in game currency.

    I really dont remember. The first game I bought was Halo. I played on a friends console but couldn't tell you what game we played.

    I dont think they would refund because you got the game a while ago. They dont offer everything free so you get more by purchasing it.

    Hey my problem is solved!

    I contacted Hirez and got this message from them:

    "Hello,

    Please try this:

    Login to Smite on your Xbox and go to the redeem a code section. Enter a random code and press submit.

    This should unlock your Gem purchase but let us know if this did not work.
