Discus and support I could not Redeem Codes - language trouble in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have bought Gears 4 and three weeks later I have received codes for all gears.     I could not Redeem Codes - language trouble


    I have bought Gears 4 and three weeks later I have received codes for all gears. However, I could not redeem Gears 01 and Gears 03. It says that I cant acquire this item in currently selected language. Can you please help me?

    The Walking Dead Season 1 does not have portuguese language

    If you haven't redeemed the code yet, you could try contacting who you won the code from to see if they can exchange it. Otherwise, if the code has been redeemed there's nothing else that can be done since the game does not support your language.

    It could be as simple as changing the region and language settings on the Xbox to lets say USA then trying to redeem the code on the Xbox. I have seen that work before with the same issue but other games.
