    I could not download Tekken Tag Tournament 2 for free on Gold.


    I tried to download tekken tag tournament 2 on games with gold. The game was highlighted and nothing happened. Had a fast connection. Xbox Live and everything in order. Now i went back this month and now it says £14.99 and gives me option to download after
    paying. Why could i not get it for free? This is not fair and needs to be addressed.

    I cant download Tekken Tag Tournament 2 on my Xbox One account for free.

    When i click it it says: Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again

    Being charged for what should be free.

    So the issue I am having is I watched E3 and saw Microsoft's press conference and one video was announcing tekken 7. at the end they announced tekken tag tournament 2 to be FREE to all xbox gold members all this week as of 6/13/2016

    here is the video from E3 at 3:40 of this video they announce tekken tag tournament 2 FREE to gold members.

    this is what happened when I went on my xbox

    1. turned on xbox and went to home page

    2. found the #xboxE3 page and clicked it

    3. on the #xboxE3 page I went to the page titled "betas, free games, and demos"

    4. I was then on that page where there was more pages "halo wars 2 open beta, Free Game: limbo, Free game: tekken tag tournament 2, play the demo, DOOM, and 20+ EA games free with gold" I went to the tekken page.

    5. I ended up on the tekken tag tournament 2 backwards compatible xbox one store page. But the buy now button just said "show price" so I clicked it.

    6. It is asking what my payment option is so I can be charged $19.99 plus tax

    so I'm trying to figure out WHY its charging me when it should be free? Yes. I am a gold member and it wont expire till early next year so that is not even slightly an issue, I have been talking on the phone with customer support since about 3pm and it is
    now almost 6pm and the issue has yet to be resolved!

    Was there any update on this? I tried to download it says I can buy it. I try to buy it , I get error my billing information is not valid. So can not buy the game even. ( Location is Amsterdam and it not even giving me the option to change the location
    once I try to add the details of my address etc. The location is set pre-filled in the Billing information form as United Kingdom ) Even if I fill in the details , I get error with a stack trace while trying to save the information.

    Note: My Locale are correctly set to Netherlands both in Xbox 1 and Microsoft Page.

    Personally love Tekken Tag Tournament, though Tekken 2 and Soulblade, I believe it was called, were both good fun.

    Very much enjoy Tekken Tag Tournament 2, but the original was a classic.

    @Barlow Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is currently on sale on Deal Of The Week. Its virtually Tekken 6 with tag or you could choose to play solo and turn it into a prettier Tekken 6.
