That is the correct number for Xbox Support, If you use 2-step verification or the Microsoft Authenticator app, they may ask to confirm the 2-step process. However, if you are uncomfortable with that process, you can try calling the number directly yourself.

Microsoft support or Xbox support, on the contact us options you should select chat or phone contact not community forums, you need to log in the support sites to have access to some options

So It could be account related as I mentioned as in your region you should have access to game pass ultimate and the perks, but as I mentioned this is a Community forum and we can't look iinto this, you should contact Xbox support on the contact us option in there support site

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issues. It would be best to request a call or chat with support on this matter as they have access into your account. No one on forums are able to do this.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select chat with Xbox support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
