I contact xbox support while ago about my account was hacked.

If you have a case number for your case with Xbox Support, you can contact support through the chat, here: Contact us | Xbox Support. You would need to click onto web chat. Another alternative is creating another Microsoft account and use that to reach out to support.

I had this issue a while ago, the thing that fixed it was contacting Xbox Live support to remove the game license from my account and then adding it back afterwards.

It shows an enforcement from 2 years ago but I contacted support at the time as my profile was hacked from somewhere in South America and the enforcement mentions nothing about gamer score/ achievements

The recall ended quite a while ago. You'll have to contact support about servicing.

I never used a number on my account i only used email and my email was hacked about 3 months ago they tried hacking my Steam but turns out they hacked my Microsoft as well
